Bassetlaw Triathlon Club BTC Trainning session cater to all abilites

Cycling: From April to the End of September we train at Clumber park near Harwick village. where we combine cycling with run sessions.  Doing Hill Repeats, Short Interval loops and Timed efforts. From the End of September till April the club is based at the Worksop leisure centre where we run performance cycling session. Diffrent to a normal spin session as we ride you set programs based upon power and cadence.

Running:From April to the End of September we train at Clumber park near Harwick village. where we combine Running with our Cycling sections.  Doing Hill Repeats, Short Interval loops and Timed efforts. From the End of September till April the club is based at the Worksop leisure centre where we run from the leisure centre using a variety of locations alernating week to week. doing short interal hits, longer fartlex runs, hill repeats and tempo running.

Swimming: The club run 3  swim sessions a week all year round from the Worksop leisure centre. Tuesdays Morning, Thursday Morning and Saturday Morning. Members swim of sets done by our experinced coaching team which are written on the side of the pool for all to see and a coach is on hand to answer quesiotn and give guidence during the sessions. The pool is split into 6 lanes of increasing pace so there is a lane for all abilities
